The second viewing deck in the Mumbai city at Girgaum Chowpatty has been opened to the public on Sunday, April 17 by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
The viewing deck will have a seating capacity of 75 people, and the BMC also plans to install solar panels nearby!
